Dr. Charlie Howard is the Founder and CEO of Xception.

Xception was born from the realisation that people working in high-pressure industries, music, film, TV, fashion, social media, and sport, are uniquely vulnerable and often lack access to tailored, proactive support. The organisation's mission is to move mental health provision from being an afterthought to being a core piece of infrastructure embedded within these industries.

Xception provides a full-service, integrated mental health service designed to withstand the volatile demands of global schedules, high-stakes performance, and intense public scrutiny.
